Proposal Summary

4311 7th Avenue NE LLC and SWW Architecture & Interiors are proposing to construct a 4-story (multi-family) Congregate Housing building for up to forty-six (46) resident units. The project will include a basement, a communal living room on the first floor, a bike storage room, and an outdoor amenity area. It will also include a common kitchen on every floor. The proposal will require the demolition of the existing small duplex building (the green house shown in the above image between the two multi-family complexes).

This guided event of the proposed 4311 7th Ave NE project will take place in front of the proposed site location. Due to privacy concerns for current residence and a rise in local COVID virus cases, this event will not include an actual tour of the property or existing structure. This event will remain confined to just the sidewalk adjacent to the property where adequate social distancing measures can be observed.
