Highland Drive

This project attempts to combine modern aesthetic that makes connections to the iconic views of Seattle, Elliot Bay, and Mt. Rainier through the use of color, natural materials, clean lines and open spaces. The new floor plan reorganized the condo to orient all community spaces along the expansive glass façade towards the views. Throughout the unit the design connects to the environment by utilizing blue and green glass mosaic tiles that mimic the colors of the sky and Elliot Bay, and extensive wood casework was utilized to create a sense of warmth and alludes to the forests of the Northwest.
