The design for Lucas Place, a mixed use development in Wallingford, was conceived as an “Urban Village” in which residents have a strong sense of community living in close proximity, while maintaining privacy in their individual units. The project features 1,300 SF of commercial space, 18 residential units (town-homes and flats), and two levels of parking below grade. The design takes advantage of spectacular territorial and city views.
