Marlborough Apartments

Dating from 1929 the Marlborough was originally built as apartments then after a purchase in 2009 it was converted to condominiums. Our scope was to help reposition the property to high end apartments. We updated the original dark lobby into a welcoming light filled space without losing the historic plaster detailing. The design thoughtfully integrated a new glass enclosed leasing office which further showcased the original charm of the space. The scope also included a fully furnished guest suite and new lighting for the entire building.
