A major retail expansion (230,000 sf) for new upscale shops along with multiple parking structures added to the success of this regional shopping center.  The architectural challenge was connecting two sites separated by Camelback Road, bridging the road allowed the Developer to continue to expand retail offerings and deliver a top of class shopping destination for the greater Scottsdale community.
