Sonata East Apartments is a new 4-story 100 Unit building in Columbia city steps away from Light Rail. SWW Interior Design’s scope was for full-service interiors of Common Areas, Units and Model Unit. The common area interiors amenities consisted of a Bike Room, Club room, Theater, Fitness and Rooftop Sky Lounge. The interiors materials pallet includes concrete floors, blackened steel, reclaimed wood and bright accent colors.
The owner wanted to showcase one of the efficient, urban one bedroom apartments. SWW Interior Design provided a layout,procurement and installation of furnishings and accessories.
