The Martin Luxury Apartments is in downtown on 5th Avenue in Seattle. SWW ID’s scope of work consisted of re-branding the former existing lobby into the sense of a more upscale property. The wall dividing the former leasing office and lobby area was taken out and a new space was designed to create a more open feel for tenants and future residents. A concierge desk was added giving the lobby a personal touch and a package locker system installed for tenants’ easy access to packages after working hours.

The Martin Model concept showcases new furniture for an efficient 920 SF 1 bedroom + den residence. The overall look is minimal, bright and luxurious.
