Washington Square is a mixed use community located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, Washington. The two high rise towers feature a Concierge service, full amenity spaces, retail shops and distinctive high-end custom town homes. Shugart Wasse Wickwire led the interior design of the 26 town homes, each having a unique floor plan, ranging from 1200 sf to 3100 sf. The challenge in this project was to create one truly modern scheme (shown here) and the other as a classic Tuscan scheme, both with 2 color options. Detailing and finish material selection included ceramic tile, hardwood, granite, marble, decorative lighting, quality plumbing, custom cabinetry and private elevators which lead to private garages. To assist developers in securing buyers, Shugart Wasse completed two fully furnished and accessorized models for the marketing team to present. These luxury town homes price started at a million each.
